Dongguan Beluga Sports Goods Co., Ltd.

We are Dongguan Beluga Sports Goods Co., Ltd., based in Dongguan, Guangdong — one of the world's largest centres for water-sports manufacturing.

We supply wetsuits from 2 mm to 5 mm, and life jackets and buoyancy aids at 50 N and 100 N, in foam and inflatable types — all built to the buyer's own brand.

Our customers are brands and own-label labels, online sellers, distributors and importers, and dive centres and rental operators. Different businesses, but the same requirement: products that match the approved sample, order after order.

Fabric & construction

CR / SBR / SCR neoprene blends, open-cell or laminated, 2–5 mm and thicker on request. Flatlock, glued blind-stitch, taped and sealed seams. Lining in nylon or polyester. Foam PFDs in EPE / PE, or inflatable chambers.
02 · BRANDING

Your brand on the product

Heat transfer, screen print, embroidery, woven labels and rubber patches. Pantone colourways matched across panels and trims. Size charts, care labels and barcodes to your market's requirements.
03 · DEVELOPMENT

Patterns built from scratch

Send a tech pack, a sketch or a reference sample. We develop the pattern, make your sample in 7–14 days, and keep the approved sample on file as the reference for every repeat order.
04 · SMALL RUNS

Orders that fit your cash flow

100 pieces per style means you can test a new model, a new colourway or a new size run without committing to a container — and scale up once it sells.
05 · PACKAGING

Retail-ready on arrival

Paperwork that clears customs

We handle the export documents and can supply the paperwork your market requires. If your market has its own rules — CE marking, national approvals, labelling language — tell us at the enquiry stage and we will confirm what we can provide.

This is where your order is made

Cutting, sewing, inspection and packing all happen in Dongguan. Customers are welcome to visit and see it for themselves, or to send a third-party inspector before the goods ship.

Standards

Certification and compliance

Our life jackets and buoyancy aids are made to the EN ISO 12402-5 standard. Test documentation is available to customers on request.

Markets differ. If your market requires its own approval — a national marking, a specific test standard, labelling in a particular language — tell us at the enquiry stage. We will confirm what is available for that market before you commit to an order, rather than after.

We do not publish test documentation on this website. Ask us and we will send it for the market you sell into.
